Loans from foreign libraries

Books borrowed by DTU Library on your behalf from a foreign library should be picked up at Library Service during opening hours.

DTU staff with an address at a DTU facility can choose to receive books at this address; at Lyngby Campus we use DTU's internal mail at no cost, while at other DTU locations we use PostNord. DTU staff may use same procedure for returning books.

The loan period for material borrowed by DTU Library on your behalf from a foreign library, varies from library to library. However, the loan period is usually 4 weeks from the day DTU Library has recived the material.

Materials from foreign libraries can not be renewed.
