Borrow a 360-degree camera and create your own virtual reality recordings

DTU Library offers a new service where you can borrow a Samsungs Gear 360 camera and record your own 360-degree videos.

Use a video for your pitch, study-related projects or for educational purposes - or just discover and create a video with the content you are passionate about.

In DTU Library's Post-Production Studio, you can edit your 360-degree videos on both PC and Mac. We offer editing software for different levels of experiences - everyone can join.

The kit also includes Samsung VR headset and a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone to use with the camera.

In addition to creating your own 360-degree videos, you can discover the world of virtual reality. See what others have created and get inspired to create your own masterpiece.

You borrow the equipment at Library Service with your student or DTU employee card and you can keep it for up to three days.

The use of 360-degree camera is included in workshops this fall semester.
