After the big makeover of the library, including the basement, the books are back on the shelves, and you can find the books you are looking for yourself.
If you are at the library in Lyngby and you find a book in our online systems - DTU Findit or the library catalogue - you can go down in the basement and find the book yourself; you do not need to make a reservation first.
If you are sitting somewhere else, you can make a reservation in the system and pick up the book at the library in Lyngby the day after or after a couple of days in Ballerup; you will be notified by mail. By the way always state where you would like to pick up the book, Lyngby or Ballerup.
