Payment for articles not available online

Articles which are not online available directly because they are not covered by our licenses can be requested against payment.

• For DTU staff this expense is covered by the central DTU information budget.
• For DTU students the cost is DKK 50 per article.
• For users whit no DTU affiliation the cost is DKK 340 per article.

Article orders are paid online during the order flow in DTU Findit.

Accepted payment methods are Dankort, MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.   

Terms of payment
DTU Library has a contract with Nets that ensures data safety in money transfer.

Your payment has to be approved via MitID, alternatively by a one-time SMS code sent by Nets and a password you provide

Your rights
DTU Library respects the terms of payment as described in the rules for e-commerce according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) and the Danish Contracts Act (Aftaleloven).

Currency
All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK).
