How to survive in Denmark

The workshop is an unique opportunity to gain insights on how to navigate in a Danish company as an international and how to prepare for cultural differences in a work environment.

Would you like to know more about Danish Workplace Culture? This “crash course” presented by The Association Equal Access is for you who are looking for a student job or hoping to stay and work in Denmark after your studies.

During the course you will learn more about what you can expect when looking for and getting a job in Denmark, including how you negotiate your salary, the general Danish management style and socializing with colleagues.   

We will look at the similarities and differences between Danish workplace culture and your countries of origin and take a gentle look at why it can be (so) difficult to settle in Denmark. We therefore invite you to participate actively, so you can get as many of your questions answered and get a job in Denmark.
