Navigating the many requirements is not easy.
DTU Library therefore offers a new workshop on how to meet the open science expectations in a Horizon Europe project.
The workshop is intended for researchers who have received, or applied for, Horizon Europe funding, administrative coordinators, data managers etc. Nevertheless, anyone responsible for, or interested in, research data management and scientific publications arising from Horizon Europe may benefit from the workshop.
During the workshop, we will help you get started writing a data management plan (DMP). You must hand in a DMP within 6 months and here outline how you intend to make your data and other research outputs FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable, see https://howtofair.dk/).
The Open Access requirements for publications have tightened too - the publications must now be Open Access at the time of publication. We will help you navigate the Open Access possibilities in accordance with the Horizon Europe requirements. For instance, we will address how you can utilize DTU’s publisher agreements during the publication process.
DTU Library expects to offer Horizon Europe workshops twice a year – the first workshop will take place 28 February 2023.
We, Jeannette Ekstrøm, Jitka Hansen and Maria Ravnkilde Christensen, look forward to welcoming you at the workshop.
